Partner Financial are working with a FTSE 100, International, business operating across North America, South America, Asia and Europe with turnover in excess of £2 Billion. The business has grown significantly over the years and have developed a global footprint in the market due to their customer focus and strong product offering.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, The Group Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing of all Group Reporting and Accounts Packs, in line with full EU IFRS and UK Listing rules. The successful candidate will be capable of understanding, consolidating, analysing, and communicating financial information to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, The Group Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing of all Group Reporting and Accounts Packs, in line with full EU IFRS and UK Listing rules. The successful candidate will be capable of understanding, consolidating, analysing, and communicating financial information to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing the Group annual report and account in line EU IFRS and UK listing rules;
- Supporting the consolidation process at Group level, and preparing the consolidated Financial Statements for the parent company;
- Ensuring integrity of the consolidated monthly results, to be presented to the business units;
- Identifying and understanding new accounting standards, and working with the business to ensure continued compliance;
- Ensuring delivery of high quality and accurate financial information to the Senior Management Team;
- Preparing statutory accounts for several centrally managed subsidiaries;
- Working closely with the FP&A function to support the delivery of the Group Reporting of forecasts and budgets.
- Chartered Accountant from a Top-tier Practice;
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS and UK listing rules;
- A proactive ‘can do’ approach;
- A natural ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally;
