Learning and Development Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Learning Manager to join our clients global learning and development team. You will be a qualified lawyer, and previous experience of compliance and regulatory matters, knowledge of SRA and LSI regulations is essential. You will have comprehensive knowledge of standard best practices for providing a learning and development service (within a law firm is preferable but not essential) including organising events and training.

You will be expected to manage the Legal Learning team and the central legal learning budget, support firm efforts to ensure UK lawyers, particularly trainees and junior lawyers, receive the right support to develop their technical expertise. You will collaborate with the Knowledge Management team and provide technical and strategic advice on SRA training requirements and legal education reforms. You will have excellent time management skills, good attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure.
