The Role
The firm is looking to hire a Corporate Solicitor to join their expanding team, based in the centre of Reading, Berkshire.
This role will place you working side by side with an industry leading Partner, this level of experience will stand you in good stead, giving you a platform to likely obtain more experience than other candidates. You will receive lots of client contact and deal with a caseload that is broad, this variety will make for an interesting role.
You will work as part of a highly ranked legal 500 team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.
The department advises companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through M&A, management transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits.
This role comes with good prospects and career development.

Requirements
- You will be a Corporate Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
- You will be able to competently run a general residential property caseload
- Strong communication skills are essential
- Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus a good benefits package
