The majority of the caseload in this property litigation solicitor role is expected to encompass property disputes, trust of land disputes, boundary disputes, landlord and tenant matters, adverse possession claims, mortgage possession, rights of way, planning matters, probate and inheritance issues, compulsory purchase orders, business tenancies, dilapidation, trespass, service charge disputes and rent reviews.
You might also expect some banking litigation and professional negligence claims, partnership and contract disputes, insolvency matters, construction and engineering matters and rural payment agency appeals.
The firm would be interested to hear from solicitors who have acted on behalf of commercial landlords, property developers, landowners and investors but also from individuals who are submitting the claim.
In addition to this, you will find a range of general commercial dispute resolution and civil litigation matters coming into the firm.
The work is city firm quality and the firm itself has a national client base.
