Interim Finance Manager required for an exciting opportunity working for a manufacturing business based in Birmingham with a view to starting immediately for a 3-6 month role. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the finance department, providing accurate financial & management accounting information to the board in line with deadlines and assisting with decision making. Your duties will include;
- Managing a small finance team of 3
- Monthly management accounts & cash flow
- Annual budgeting & forecasting
- Year end statutory accounts
- Cost accounting & stock provisions
The successful candidate will be ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with proven experience working within a similar role in a manufacturing environment. You must have a flexible "roll your sleeves up" approach with excellent communication and team management skills. Only candidates available at short notice (ideally immediately) will be considered for this vacancy and a permanent position may be available for the perfect candidate.
