Finance Director | CFO | Digital Engagement Agency | London | Six Figure Package
The Consultancy Group are working with a privately owned, rapidly growing digital engagement agency who are looking to recruit an entrepreneurial Finance Director / CFO to act as growth partner and strategist alongside the CEO and Chairman.
Acting as number one in finance the successful Finance Director / CFO will lead the business on commercial operations and negotiations as they continue to grow into a marketable business with a clear, defined value proposition.
As well as acting as commercial business partner and strategic lead the successful applicant will fully own the numbers and entire accounting process whilst managing a small, talented finance team. This Finance Director / CFO will also be expected to impact on the wider business and become a key member of the senior management / leadership team, adding value and energy to the culture of the business.
Applicants must be qualified (ACA/ACA/CIMA) with substantial experience operating at this level of business. Ideally applicants will have experience in the creative / media industry.
