Role Description
The Financial Controller take responsibility for driving all areas of finance. Key elements of this role include:
- Providing financial support to non-finance stakeholders and senior management
- Overseeing all management accounting activities
- Improving modelling processes
- Reviewing and improving long term planning
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Constantly improving financial controls and processes
- Managing, mentoring and developing three direct reports
The business is seeking a Financial Controller who can demonstrate:
- A CIMA / ACCA / ACA Qualification
- Experience in an all-round, hands on Financial Controller position – highly advantageous
- Manufacturing experience working with stock and costing – highly advantageous
- The ability to work with non-finance and senior stakeholders within the business, providing decision support and analysis
- £65,000 - £70,000
