Partner Financial are working with a medium-sized Consumer business based in London, seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller for broad support during a period of swift growth. Reporting directly into the CFO, the Controller will work closely with C-suite executives and manage a small team, adding value by analysing information and evaluating results, proactively suggesting and executing process/control improvements, and developing best practices across the business.

- Fully-Qualified Accountant (Ideally ACA)
- A Big 4 or Top 10 Audit Background is highly desirable
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Demonstrable experience within a start-up or rapidly growing business
- Able to deliver within a strong control driven environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- The ability to manage, build, and develop the finance team
- Proven and effective stakeholder management both inside and outside of finance; success when influencing senior management to drive change
- Comfort and adaptability in an ambiguous and fluctuating environment
