Grafton Banks Finance is working with a large private equity backed business in Crawley to recruit an interim SAP Finance Project Manager for 12 months. The role will work as part of a large SAP programme team and will partner a division of the business through the SAP implementation. To be considered for this role you must be a qualified accountant who has worked in traditional finance roles and has involved in end to end SAP implementations and has hands on experience of UAT, data migration, and training users.

- Fully understand the divisions financial and reporting requirements for the new SAP system across all aspects of financial control and business performance, including:
- Planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- End-to-end processes to be implemented across the SAP GL, management accounting, fixed assets, and project modules
- Financial control and preparation of financial statements
- Monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and management information reporting
- Risk management
- Planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Ensure the divisions requirements are embedded in the SAP design, and take a lead role in detailed testing of the solution to confirm alignment to requirements
- Throughout the design, test and implementation phase, provide continuous support and contribution to improve current financial processes
- Support data cleansing, mapping, and migration activities to ensure that financial data to be migrated to SAP is complete and accurate
- Support the development of training materials and manuals and guide Finance users in their adoption of the new SAP solution and processes
- Provide go live and post go live support to Finance users
