A leading Business Services organisation is looking for a Finance Manager to join them in Woking for a full-time contract role. The successful Finance Manager will lead the finance team during several projects.

Responsibilities of your new role
The key responsibilities of your new Finance Manager role will include:
- Managing a finance team of 10 qualified and part qualified accounting professionals
- Reporting the monthly results (P&L and Balance Sheet) and additional reports as required
- Validating all month end uploads and queries from the wider management team
- Management of the Systems Accountant, providing support to ensure the financial systems and data flow is working efficiently
- Supporting the divisional Forecasts and Budget process
- Liaising with internal and external auditors as and when required
- Ensuring communication and understanding of the business figures and ensuring deliverables are achieved
The successful Finance Manager will be an ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified Accountant who demonstrates:
- Strong management and team leadership experience
- Excellent financial reporting skills
- Previous experience of managing a team through projects and change is highly desirable
- Top communication and interpersonal skills
