Our Client, one of Europe's largest healthcare manufacturers, is looking for an ambitious commercial legal counsel to join their team in Central London.
Reporting directly to the head of legal, the role will involve providing commercial legal support across international business units. Responsibilities will include:
Candidates will ideally have between 2-4 years of post-qualification experience and have trained in either a well-regarded law firm or in-house team. Those coming from private practice will ideally have completed an in-house client secondment.

- Drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts such as supply agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, purchasing agreements, manufacturing agreements and marketing agreements.
- Advising the business on IP related issues including international licensing matters.
- Working closely with key business stakeholders across the EMEA region to identify and interpret legal risk.
- Advising on data privacy matters including GDPR.
