We are looking for a high calibre lawyer to join a household brand. This is a truly exceptional position with a well known organisation.

The nature of the role and the structure of the organisation will enable you to work with senior stakeholders across the business.

You will work closely with a fast moving business engaging with all areas of a complex organisation.

We are looking for broad UK qualified experience in commercial law. You will have previous In House experience or be have a commercial background gained in Practice.

You will join an experienced team and provide cover at the mid level. We anticipate a pqe level of circa 5 years for a general but will consider a range.

Having the confidence and commercial awareness as well technical excellence- this will be required in an environment with a regular flow of unusual and complex matters.

Some of your main responsibilities are as follows;
  • Providing commercial advice to the business including procurement, supply chain, and IT contracts
  • Advising on customer and commercial contracts.
  • Providing operational advice to the senior management across the board.
  • Assisting in the management of other areas including disputes, employment, approving marketing materials, IP and IT.
  • Contributing to business support of organisational growth and development.
  • Full contribution to the team and having a positive attitude to new developments.
We are looking for the chosen candidate to have the flexibility to start this role at fairly short notice. It is anticipated that the role will commence in June/July 2019 for an initial interim period of 12 months.
