In House Construction Lawyer Job - Home Based - Competitive Salary
Your new company
This leading global energy organisation are looking to recruit a Lawyer with construction experience to expand its remote working legal team.
Your new role
You will support the Engineering, Procurement and Construction business, who are a highly experienced multi-national team working across the world. Current significant markets are Latin America, Australia, CIS, Africa, UK. You will assist in the drafting and negotiation of Engineering, Procurement and Construction contracts for very large scale solar projects and for battery storage projects, as well as supply contracts and subcontracts for those EPC Contracts and funder direct agreements.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience or exposure with EPC contracts; previous experience in Solar or renewable energy would be desirable but not essential. You will be 3/4 years PQE with a background in either Private Practice or an In-House role. Experience in a major international firm and of working in house (on secondment or a permanent basis) would also be preferred.
