This global payment services company, is looking for a commercial legal counsel to join its legal team in London.

In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including:
- drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including strategic partnerships, complex business deals, data processing agreements and customised sales contracts;
- producing and maintain various standard agreements (e.g. NDAs, DPAs, supplier and customer agreements); and
- advising on new product developments and commercial legal issues and risks across the group.
