A well know UK based organisation is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team on an initial 12 month contract basis located out of either their Bristol or Swindon offices. This is a day rate contract commencing ASAP.
Working as part of a busy team you will have a broad role covering:
- commercial contract drafting and negotiation
- advice concerning GDPR
- provision of general legal advice to the wider business
You will ideally be 3+ years PQE with relevant experience as a commercial lawyer. You will be able to demonstrate strong contract drafting skills and be able to work effectively in a team based environment.
