My client has several offices in the UK, an international capability and a diverse client base, including start-ups and international corporate organisations, and is currently looking to bring on board a share plan analyst to work in its London office.
Some of your responsibilities in this role will include:
My client has several offices in the UK, an international capability and a diverse client base, including start-ups and international corporate organisations, and is currently looking to bring on board a share plan analyst to work in its London office.
Some of your responsibilities in this role will include:
- Analysing share related data from internal and external sources in order to produce quality reporting for senior management and finance
- Maintaining and automating a database to calculate the dividend and profit allocations for shares/share units held under a nominee and the two LLPs
- Administering transfers of shares and ensuring that share registers and databases are updated accordingly
- Preparing and submitting of share scheme annual tax returns
- Acting as the first point of contact for shareholder queries and be able to interpret and apply the articles and plan rules.
- Outstanding analytical and numerical ability
- Ability to work well in a pressurised environment
- Advanced Excel skills, including building macros
- Experience working in a listed environment
- ICSA Certificate in Employee Share Plans.
