Responsibilities of your new role
Your key duties as Legal Counsel will include:
- Providing support on technology and outsourcing contracts, as well as other issues that arise daily
- Responsibility for the legal review and negotiation of commercial agreements with clients in a broad range of industries
- Working on all phases of deals, ranging from the proposal/bid review stages, right through to final negotiation and post signature issues
To be successful in your application to this In-House Counsel role you must demonstrate:
- At least 3 years of PQE
- Experience gained within a leading Commercial, Technology or Intellectual Property team
- Subsequent in-house experience within the Commercial / Technology space is beneficial
