In House Commercial Contract Lawyer Required, North Yorkshire
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a busy Financial Services business in North Yorkshire on a 12 month FTC. The role has arisen due to a retiring solicitor alongside an increased workload and the successful candidate should expect the possibility of this role becoming permanent.
As a Commercial Contracts Lawyer you will be responsible for a broad range of contracts across the business including insurance, software, artificial intelligence and much more. The business has sites across the UK with subsidiary companies within Real Estate and IT. You will work closely with the existing legal team of 10 within the department ensuring a consistent and successful department.
Key responsibilities:
The candidate will work on a range of legal areas and tasks, including:
Commercial / employment (e. contractor agreements, employment agreements, terms and conditions, customer terms and conditions, service level agreements, partner agreements, event contracts, product terms for new products)
What you look like:
To be considered, you should be a qualified solicitor, over 3 Years PQE and ideally have had experience working within the Financial Services sector.
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
The candidate should thrive on working in a fast moving environment and have the ability to work independently and multi-task.
