JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 4+ years LOCATION: Kent SALARY: £Excellent + Benefits
THE ROLE: A talented Commercial Property Solicitor is required to join our client, a top 100, market leading firm and sit within their highly successful, tier 1 property team covering all facets of commercial property related matters. You will be acting on a wide range of contentious commercial work on behalf of both international and domestic clients including investment companies, pension funds, private equity houses and REITs, as well as developers and occupiers. Specialisms include but not limited to, handling of freehold and leasehold commercial conveyancing transactions, adhering and managing deadlines, commercial development, landlord & tenant, acquisitions and disposals.
THE CANDIDATE: The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will be highly experienced with a minimum of four years' PQE, gained at another top quality real estate team with a solid understanding of the broad spectrum of commercial property law. Candidates must be technically & commercially astute with a flair for business development and possess demonstrable ability to work within a team delivering first class service to a diverse range of clients.
