Partner Financial are working with a Pharmaceutical company with a clear growth strategy. The Group is ideally positioned to continue to expand by acquisition, currently overseeing 70 sites across the UK.
You will be working closely with Regional Operations Directors, while supporting the Group CFO in the development of annual budgets, forecasting and investment appraisals of potential acquisitions.
The ideal individual will have a tenacious attitude, with a willingness to discover, review, and drive business performance. They will have a commercial focus understanding key business drivers.
Key Deliverables:
You will be working closely with Regional Operations Directors, while supporting the Group CFO in the development of annual budgets, forecasting and investment appraisals of potential acquisitions.

Key Deliverables:
- Business partnering with Regional Operations Directors, visiting sites and analysing business results to drive improvements in site performance;
- Supporting the month-end management accounting process, reviewing P&L’s and preparing analysis;
- Preparing investment appraisals of potential acquisitions and development opportunities;
- Identifying best practices within sites and supporting regional communication and rollout where appropriate;
- Supporting the Group CFO in the development of the annual budgets, in-year forecasts and 5-year plans;
- Undertaking ad-hoc projects as required within the finance function.
- A Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA);
- Ability to drive and influence commercial solutions reinforced by insight, intellect and drive;
- A proven track record of building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships;
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and driven to succeed;
- Strong communication skills.
