Badenoch and Clark are working exclusively with a leading organisation in Solihull who are seeking a rare and exciting Finance Reporting Manager.
You will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller and managing a team of 8 which consists of a reporting team and a financial control team.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Ensure the team meet target deadlines and deliver accurate and timely reporting of monthly actuals, liaising with the Brand Finance teams and senior Finance management.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly reporting to the head quarters.
- Timely team preparation and review of central services management accounts
- Exercise strong balance sheet control with rigorous review procedures.
- Adhering to and supporting our internal control framework including approval /authorisation matrixes.
- Liaising with external and internal auditors.
- Managing the production of FRS 102 statutory accounts to Group timetable and reconciliation to US GAAP reporting packages
- Partner with Shared Services management team, ensuring accurate reporting of working capital metrics including DSO.
- Application of technical accounting knowledge and consultation with parent company finance team as necessary.
- Ensure implementation of strategic global finance /reporting initiatives and focus on continues improvement to deliver best in class Finance function.
To be successful with this application you must have the following skills:
- ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA Qualified with 3 years PQE
- A background in Audit (Top Four ideally)
- Excellent system skills
- Strong management/leadership skills
- Experience with producing statutory accounts
- Experience with building strong relationships with senior stakeholders
