Blackwaters is working with a fast-growing, private equity backed Leisure Group to recruit a Finance Director. The role will report directly to the CFO/COO and will be based in Central London.
We are recruiting this FD to take this multi-site business through the next growth phase (3 -5 years). This is a true business partnering role and will take responsibility for the day to day finance and reporting functions for this £25m t/o group. We are looking for someone who can exit the business in the medium term (3 years)

We are looking for someone who can exit the business in the medium term (3 years)
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day management of small finance function
- Strategy and commercial support for the sites (c12 currently)
- Production of timely and accurate accounting and management information
- Improvement and management of processes, systems and controls
- Preparation and development of commercial financial analysis, to support the wider business
- Management of VAT and Corporation Tax compliance as well as year end and audit processes
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant
- Ideally previous FD exposure in a fast growth consumer business- Lesiure, Retail or E-commerce
- Commercially minded, pragmatic problem solver
- Excel modelling capability
- Ability to support the executive team of small growing business
- A strong team player
