The Consultancy Group are currently recruiting a Head of Commercial Finance for a Private Equity backed Technology business based in Central London. Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Commercial Finance will develop and lead a commercially astute team that will operate and influence at the heart of the organisation.
Duties include;
The successful candidate will be ACA / CIMA / ACCA Qualified with an excellent academic pedigree. They will have experience in providing high quality financial insight and possess strong financial / commercial modelling skills. The will be results-orientated - possesses a strong sense of urgency and drives results without alienating others.
Duties include;
- Deliver clear performance analysis and insight - providing both support and challenge to the business
- Partner with the business to drive quality business decisions
- Establish and lead budget and forecast processes
- Produce high quality presentation and interpretation of financial results
- Decision / business case support for key initiatives and sales opportunities
- Lead and develop an outstanding team to proactively identify risk, spot opportunities, understand key business drivers, and drive business performance
