An Interim Finance Analyst Job in Nottingham Paying up to £250pd via an Umbrella Company or PAYE.
Job Title: Finance Analyst / Finance Business Partner
Rate: £250 Per Day Umbrella/PAYE
Location: North Leicestershire
Duration: 3 - 6 Months (Likely 6)
Hays Senior Finance are currently working with an organisation who are looking to appoint Finance Analysts to work within Finance Business Partner teams to provide financial advice, analysis and information to the service departments to support effective strategic decision making and budgetary control.
Specifically this will mean developing a thorough understanding of the department's service pressures and developing good working relationships with budget holders and senior managers to ensure sound budgetary control is maintained within the Department.
It will also involve identifying opportunities and supporting the development of business cases for service change initiatives to improve service delivery, increase efficiency and help to deliver the savings required in order to ensure the organisation's medium term financial strategy is realised.
The posts will report into the Finance Business Partner for the teams referred to below, and will support them in delivering the Organisation's strategic and financial objectives.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a qualified accountant, with experience of providing strategic financial advice within a complex environment, be a confident communicator who can ensure technical information is conveyed in a non-technical way to managers and service users, have strong analytical skills and be an effective problem solver.
