CFO

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CFO to join a leading high profile privately owned business services company. This fast paced, dynamic business is looking for a driven, commercially astute and highly analytical CFO to lead on the sale of the business.

This is a broad role with strategic and commercial responsibility across the business as the CFO will be an integral component of the Board, working in close partnership with the CEO to provide advice in alignment with the planned sale of the business. With an excellent reputation in their sector, this dynamic brand needs a commercially orientated CFO to take sole responsibility for the finance function and help steer the business through its expansion and successful Exit.

Working alongside the founders, the CFO will be not only be an exceptional qualified accountnat (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), but also hands-on and commercially aware with a background in having taken a business through to an exit, ideally to Private Equity. This is an excellent opportunity to join an extremely well regarded and successful business and play an integral role in its future development.
