A highly sought after opportunity has arisen for an experienced CFO to join an international education business, working as number 1 in finance with the Private Equity backers. Striving for aggressive growth, both organic and acquisitive, our client requires an ambitious and entrepreneurial finance candidate to lead and spearhead the business through its projected high growth phase looking for that profitable exit.

Ideal for any CFO looking for that next challenging step, this role requires top level capability in the following areas:
  • Hands on daily management of the finance function
  • Maintenance of strong relationships with the PE investors and banking
  • Ensuring timely and efficient reports are produced, presented to and analysed with investors and Board of directors
  • Top level implementation of KPIs with consequent improvement of processes and controls within the business
  • Review of financial controls and management of forecasts and planning
  • Oversight of IT, legal and Treasury to maintain stringent business goals

If this role peaks your interest, ideal candidates will need the below experience:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA)
  • Recent experience as a no in finance within a PE backed (or highly leveraged) business
  • Proven transactional record including but not limited to; acquisitions, integrations, consolidations, PE exits
  • Dealt with international and/or multi site businesses roles
  • Growth focused, hands on individual who can lead and drive the business towards its strategic and commercial goals
