Partner Financial are working with a fast-growing consumer business during a period of significant finance transformation. Undertaking a comprehensive review of its current P2P systems and processes, the business requires additional support in their project team via an experienced Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in successfully delivering process maps and policies surrounding P2P for a complex and developing organisation.

- A full accounting qualification is desirable (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience of P2P Business Process modelling is essential
- Experience of successfully planning and facilitating workshops and meetings
- Development of key Business and functional specification documents
- Functional analysis, process and operational design
- Knowledge of key finance processes and controls, and evident mapping experience using relevant software
- Comprehensive experience creating detailed and relevant process documents
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills; comfort when liaising with internal and external stakeholders from both a finance and non-finance background
- Deep understanding of Finance Systems and ERP implementation lifecycles
- Ability to work within tight deadlines within a dynamic, fluid environment
- Ability to work with a high level of ambiguity
