As the Senior Business Partner, you will be joining a software business turning over £200m with a 40% EBITDA; operating an aggressive buy and build model looking to acquire at least 8 businesses with EBITDAs of £5m+ each year. You will be heading up the Business Partnering function with 2 direct reports, looking to bring in another 2 over the next 12 months.
You will be reporting into the FD who operates an open-door policy and is looking to create a strong relationship with you as the business continues to grow. The offices are based in the heart of London with numerous travel links nearby, making the location extremely accessible.
You will need to be commercially focused, playing a key role in integrations, investments and assumptions, working with divisional MDs to provide that invaluable financial insight.
