A rapidly growing, PE backed technology company based in Central London seek a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support the continued growth of the business by providing analysis and insights that support and inform commercial decisions. Working in close partnership with individual budget holders and the group consolidation team to provide accurate, timely and comprehensive annual budgets as well as monthly re-forecasts.
Support senior stakeholders in determining future strategy and in making informed business and commercial decisions.
Analyse and understand key and crucial processes surrounding the potential M&A activity and provide insights and data to air to decision makers.
Independently conduct monthly review meetings with budget holders and to act as a key point of contact to support the budget holders with commercial business, capital and investment proposals.
Challenge business managers to ensure that all concepts have been properly considered before presenting to the business.
Challenge current ways of working to drive efficiencies and cost savings where possible
Be comfortable dealing with and working through issues and operational challenges with project teams and other stakeholders, getting into details to ensure you understand the cost drivers of the business and can provide insights to the non-finance members.
The successful candidate will be CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified with demonstrable PQE and solid experience gained in analysing financial processes within a tech orientated start-up/ high growth organisation.
