The client is an highly regarded global law firm with a Capital Markets Practice in London. They are looking to recruit a junior to mid level DCM solicitor.
Description
The role for a DCM solicitor will include but is not necessarily limited to:
- stand-alone issuances (debut and secondary)
- liability management transactions programmes
- some due diligencing disclosure
- drafting/reviewing a broad range of contractual documentation.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- Trained at a top tier firm
- Academic rigour
- Willingness to travel, as the DCM team have international scope
- An interest in developing their practice and the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
