A leading business in West Sussex is looking for an ambitious Finance Business Partner to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Finance Business Partner will play an integral role in supporting both operational and commercial teams. They will do this via the provision of accurate, strategic data geared towards improving future business performance.

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Finance Business Partner will play an integral role in supporting both operational and commercial teams. They will do this via the provision of accurate, strategic data geared towards improving future business performance.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Producing commercially astute, robust forecasts for senior level consumption
- Providing work stream leaders with relevant profitability reports and information relating to working capital levels
- Developing and enhancing KPIs around customers and profitability
- Monitoring levels of cost and outstanding debt
- Ensuring that accrued and deferred revenue balances are consistent with billing levels
- Revenue recognition
- Continuously highlighting both risk and strategic opportunity
The successful Finance Business Partner will have the following attributes:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualification
- Demonstrable experience of working with and influencing non-finance personnel
- Previous experience of working within a dynamic, customer facing environment
- Good technical finance knowledge
- Gravitas and emotionally intelligent
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and deliver results under pressure
- Excellent finance systems knowledge with strong Excel skills
- Up to £65,000 per annum
