Corporate Solicitor

Well Respected Law Firm seeking Corporate Solicitor:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Fulfil personal case load

Report to the Partner in charge of the team

Assist Team fee earners to fulfil their case loads

Assist with marketing and business development for the department and firm

Assist with the coaching and mentoring of junior fee earners to improve their knowledge and capability

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

NQ to 3 Years PQE

Excellent Corporate Skills

Pro-activity and enthusiasm

An ability to understand the client's business and what motivates them as well as their objectives

An ability to move quickly from one matter to another and to have a grasp of all ongoing matters/issues for that client

An ability to anticipate, and react quickly to, the client's needs and requirements

Good technical and organisational skills

Creativity and an ability to find solutions to problems in order to facilitate progress on/completion of transactions

A good personal manner and an ability to relate to and communicate with clients and their staff at all levels

An ability to work well with other professionals retained by the clients and as part of the team with them and the client where necessary
