Commercial Law Solicitor - 4 years PQE +
This law firm is a full service commercial firm and is growing fast. The Corporate & Commercial Department is listed in the Legal 500 and is at the heart of the firm's ambitious growth plans. They pride themselves on being business lawyers offering long term support to our clients.
They are looking to expand their Corporate & Commercial Department and are looking for a full-time commercial law solicitor to join their hard working and vibrant team that has achieved double percentage growth over the last 7 years.
The successful candidate can expect to be working for household brand names and owner managed businesses alike on a wide range of commercial law matters, often high value and / or cross border in nature.
The role will involve extensive client contact and project management.
The role would suit a candidate with rounded academic qualifications and solid commercial law experience gained at a Legal 500 / Chambers ranked firm or as part of an equivalent in house legal team.
It's likely that the candidate will have 4 years + relevant PQE, but they would be happy to consider applications from all candidates who can demonstrate the skills needed to perform the role.
