My client, a FTSE 100 company, is looking to recruit an additional lawyer to join their in-house technology team in London.
You will have at least fours years' post-qualification experience gained within a leading Commercial/IT/IP team and subsequent in-house experience within the technology space would be beneficial but not a pre-requisite. The successful candidate will have significant experience drafting and negotiating complex in-bound and out-bound commercial and technology agreements.
