Due to a recent departure, an opportunity has arisen for a 2-4 PQE Commercial Associate to join this highly-regarded department. The successful applicant will work directly with the Firm's Head of Commercial law, advising major international clients on a broad and diverse range of work including;

Agency, distribution, and outsourcing agreements

Data Protection matters

Licensing, franchising, and IP ownership in relation to Commercial Contracts
