Tax Litigation Solicitor

This role would allow the Tax Litigation Solicitor who secures it to start work in one of the best departments in the UK and give them exposure working alongside a number of highly ranked Lawyers. The role

The firm is looking for a Tax Litigation Solicitor 1 - 4 years PQE to work in their West End, London office.

This a great opportunity for an individual to join one of the largest Tax teams in the UK and work alongside a number of industry leading individuals. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a caseload including but not limited to; direct & indirect tax issues, tribunal procedures, HMRC Powers, and remedies.

An important caveat of this position is that the right candidate will have at least some experience in advocacy in both Tax Tribunals and High Court.

Requirements:

• You will be a Tax Litigation Solicitor 1 - 4 years PQE to work in their City of London office
• You will have good experience of working for a highly regarded
• A strong technical knowledge is essential
• First-class communication skills are essential
• Salary is negotiable, above market rate and dependent on your level of experience, plus an exceptional benefits package
