I am looking for an experienced Clinical Negligence locum practitioner to join my clients clinical negligence team in Sheffield, who are looking for a candidate to cover for a maternity notice.
You will be able to run a varied caseload of litigated and non-litigated clinical negligence cases. You will have the opportunity to represent clients who have suffered injuries, for example, as a result of prescription/dispensing errors, dental treatment and delayed diagnoses.
I am looking for candidates;
- At least 4 years' case handling experience
- Assessing and advising on a range of clinical negligence claims
- Great knowledge of personal injury/clinical negligence
- Be a team player
- Enjoy engaging in marketing and business development opportunities.
- Be driven to progress
Hourly rates are between £30 - £40 per hour dependent on experience.
