A leading, Legal 500 firm in Ipswich is looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor/Partner into their prestigious property team as part of a succession plan.
This opportunity would suit a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor aspiring to become a Partner or an existing Partner who wants a new and exciting challenge. You must have a solid background dealing with quality commercial property matters acting for a variety of clients, such as businesses, individuals, banks, and local authorities.
The firm's Commercial Property department is Legal 500 recommended in its own right and covers a wide range of work, including commercial property development, property refinancing and site acquisitions, and the sale and purchase of commercial properties such as large investment properties.
Although the firm has extremely well-built existing client relationships, staff are encouraged to be involved in business development and marketing, so the successful candidate must be commercially viable and possess good relationship building skills.
