Legal Entity Controller - Investment Banking

A global investment bank is seeking a number of interim legal entity controllers to assist with Brexit-related projects.

You will play a significant role in corporate reporting within the UK and across areas in Europe. The team will focus on existing Bank entities and branches, along with delivering the execution of new regulatory reporting responsibilities for said entities, including areas such as FINREP.

Moreover, you will be heavily involved in : statutory reporting, regulatory reporting prep for a wide range of EMEA regions, reporting cycles, and general legal entity controls and processes.

To be considered you must be a qualified accountant. You will need an outstanding background in financial services - ideally banking - and have a skill-set focused on legal entity or financial controls. You will need excellent communication skills as you will often deal with senior stakeholders.
