Key responsibilities:
Managing the impact on all transaction processes resulting from finance system releases, new internal processes and tax and legislation changes, including Brexit
Ensuring all financial processes are documented, regularly reviewed and controls amended or introduced as appropriate
Ownership of monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations
Strong understanding of IFRS & UK GAAP
Planning and preparing documentation for the statutory audit as well as acting as lead liaison for external auditors
Overseeing the production of the monthly management accounts
Desired Skills & Experience:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA Fully QualifiedEducated to degree levelExperience working in a Publishing or Media background
