My client, a West End based Property business, is looking to hire a Finance Business Partner business Partner with the MD of the most high profile development within the business:

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
*Full responsibility of the management reporting and analysis within the JV
*Monitor financial performance of the project, executing insightful analysis to highlight risks and opportunities
*Ownership of all budgeting and forecasting
*Responsible for the capital appraisals and investment process
*Business Partner with the Project Management teams
*Support on the strategy for the division including long range financial planning
*Present regular management packs to the senior leadership

Candidate profile:
*Commercial acumen with the ability to challenge and persuade senior leadership
*Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with significant experience in a similar, outwardly facing role
*Property experience preferential owing the demands of the role but other sector experience will be considered
*Strong Excel and Presentation skills
*Proven background in a fast-paced environment
*Experience explaining finance to non-finance colleagues
