A rare opportunity has arisen to join a major international commercial firm in a senior solicitor capacity. The role will focus on intellectual property and IT.

The opportunity

If you have high quality experience in Intellectual Property matters, gained at a good quality City law firm and you are looking to upgrade your career, then we have an excellent opportunity with huge potential at a brilliant international firm, dealing with leading names in a wide range of sectors.

You will need at least 5 years of PQE in a range of intellectual property and IT matters. The role will include a wide range of IP / IT Advisory matters, M&A support, software licensing, commercial contracts and Data Protection.
