Outstanding opportunity for a senior solicitor (10 years PQE+) to join this Liverpool based practice and work as part of a L500 listed team whilst working with highly recognised partners. This is a fantastic chance for an experienced property litigation solicitor or existing partner to take a step forward and join this commercial practice.

The role will be based in the complex team and will involve acting for large institutional landlords, pension funds and asset managers and will include managing a caseload of heavyweight commercial and residential landlord and tenant, real property and forfeiture cases. You will ideally need to have gained 10 years' experience within property litigation as well as having experience of independently running multi-track cases, injunctions and complex litigation. Candidates with a strong commercial litigation background will also be considered for this role, providing there is some clear exposure to property litigation.
