Commercial Property Partner

We are looking for a Commercial Property Partner to join this Tier 1 real estate department in a Top Legal 500 firm. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Partner to work alongside Legal 500 Chambers ranked Partners and really drive your practice forward. You will workload will include working with high value leases, acquisition of land, development, buying and selling, company purchases.

You will work with HNW domestic and international clients, within their Modern Altrincham office.

The role

The firm are currently seeking to hire a Commercial Property Partner into their thriving Altrincham, Greater Manchester office.

You will work as part of a highly ranked legal 500 team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join. You will lead the department and will be at the forefront of this industry leading team, you will work with the other Partners to drive the department forwards.

You will deal with high-quality work which will include; Landlord and tenant, Acquisitions and disposals, Development and Investment work.

The variety of work will make for an interesting role.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Partner with at least 8 years PQE
• You will have good technical credentials and a passion for real estate work
• Experiencing of managing and mentoring more junior members of the team is to advantage but not essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your background, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
