A successful Retail / FMCG Company are looking for a mid-level Legal Counsel to join their respected in-house legal team. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Central London.
Responsibilities of your new role
Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, your core duties as Legal Counsel will include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts
- Drafting supply, distribution and procurement agreements
- Advising on technology and intellectual property matters
- Managing and mitigating risk
- Supporting business strategies and objectives
Candidate requirements
To fill this In-House Counsel vacancy, the business seeks candidates who:
- Have 3-5 years of PQE and excellent academics
- Trained at a well-regarded UK or US law firm
- Currently work as a commercial lawyer in a well-regarded law firm or in-house in a blue-chip organisation
- An in-house secondment (desirable but not essential)
