JOB TITLE: Interim Contracts Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+
LOCATION: North Yorkshire
SALARY: Competitive Hourly Rate
This Public Sector body based in North Yorkshire are currently recruiting for an Interim Contracts Solicitor to support the team in the negotiation, drafting and maintaining of key commercial agreements and related compliance matters. The postholder is required for a period of 3 months.
The successful Contracts Solicitor will be responsible for negotiating, drafting and providing advice on a wide range of legal and transactional issues including a varied spectrum of agreements such as, supply and purchase agreements, licences, confidentiality agreements, research and other collaborations, memoranda of understanding, corporate documentation and consultancy agreements. This is an outstanding opportunity for an Interim Contracts Solicitor to join a thriving department. The successful Solicitor will have a minimum of 3 years PQE with proven experience assessing commercial risks and contracts. You will have exceptional organisation skills, outstanding time management skills and the ability to work alone. It is desirable that you will have experience in Higher Education.
