My client, a long established central London firm, with TOP 200 status are recruiting a lawyer to join their Health and Safety Regulatory Team.
My client is looking for someone if ideally 8 - 10 years PQE.
This is a fantastic time to join our Top 200 law firm in our highly regarded Regulatory team. Due to taking on new high-profile clients, this client is looking to grow the team by recruiting an experienced Associate Solicitor.
You will be advising clients on Health & Safety, Food Safety, Environmental, Fire Safety and other regulatory compliance issues. The role will require you to provide advice on the law and develop compliance solutions, as well as defend companies/ directors for alleged breaches in courts throughout the UK.
This opportunity will be to work alongside a partner who is very highly regarded for this work and the Regulatory team is consistently rated as Tier 1 due to expertise in the field and national reputation for advising clients. This firm are best known for our work within the hospitality, SME manufacturing and construction sectors. They have a strong regional client base but also act for clients across the UK, who seek advice not only on contentious matters, but also on new developments in regulation.
You may have a following of clients or be looking for an opportunity to play a substantial part in business development activities, where this client regularly attracts high-profile, national clients.
