PQE REQUIRED: 3+
LOCATION: North Yorkshire
SALARY: Competitive Hourly Rate
This Public Sector body based in North Yorkshire are currently recruiting for an Temporary Contracts Manager to oversee and support the team in mainly research contract review and negotiation. The postholder is required for a period of 3 months.
The successful Contracts Solicitor will be responsible for negotiating, drafting and providing advice on a wide range of legal and transactional issues including a varied spectrum of agreements such as, supply and purchase agreements, licences, confidentiality agreements, research and other collaborations, memoranda of understanding, corporate documentation and consultancy agreements. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a thriving department. The successful candidate will have proven experience assessing commercial risks and contracts and managing a team. You will have exceptional organisation skills, outstanding time management skills and the ability to work alone. It is desirable that you will have experience in Higher Education.
