This is a strong career opportunity for an experienced regulatory lawyer seeking high quality work with a leading firm in its field. In this varied role you will work closely with a prestigious client base and your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver a broad regulatory offering.
  • Providing excellent client advice and support to help them meet and exceed their regulatory obligations.
  • Managing challenging regulatory decisions and helping clients through criminal prosecutions.
  • Wide ranging advisory work to minimise client risk.
  • Providing confidence and reassurance to clients in times of crisis.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have the following skills and qualities:

  • The ability to work under pressure, be articulate and have an understanding of the regulatory process.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Environment, Building and Maintenance Safety, Defective Premises, Occupier's Liability, Care Quality Commission and commercial litigation.
