A Legal 500 firm are recruiting for a Newly Qualified to 2 years PQE Solicitor in Central London. Ranked well across all their practice areas, this is a firm that offers a high quality of work and great opportunities for progression for ambitious solicitors.Our client is a well known law firm with an excellent presence in the London area. The Commercial Real Estate team handle a broad range of matters, advising private individuals, corporate bodies and investors in relation to sales and acquisitions of commercial property, and the grant and renewal of commercial leases, Landlord and Tenant Act matters and property management work. The work is varied, and ranges from smaller concerns to multi-million pound matters.To be considered for this position you must have trained at a recognised firm and have strong academics. You should have a good grounding in Commercial Real Estate and be able to manage lower level matters with minimal supervision.
